Carnival Legend |

Oct 2007 |
|
Not anything like we expected, blah food, bad room location, messed up account, small compensation for missed ports, little pay in casino for length of time on ship, nothing like advertisements for Carnival. |

The Legend is Truly Legendary! |

Apr 2007 |
|
We love Carnival and the attention they give to cleanliness, activities and each person as an individual if you let them! Key is ... if you let them. By day two, several staff members called us by name. Amazing! |

Christmas Cruise with Carnival |

Dec 2006 |
|
Although the intinerary was pretty good and the weather couldn't have been better, the service was below par, the dining room food horrible and the lack of attention to detail made this my worst cruise experience ever. |

Return to the Legend |

Nov 2006 |
|
We are addicted to cruising and we have enjoyed every cruise we have taken, including this one, but we are still looking for the "perfect cruise", thus we'll keep cruising until we find it. |

Bad Experience |

Oct 2005 |
|
TERRIBLE. Had Carnival notified us Sunday night that the ship would depart Wednesday not Tuesday, we would've been able to adjust our flights accordingly, not have to rent a car and drive, and not have to purchase a hotel room, which would have prevented over $400 in additional expenditures. NO REIMBURSEMENT FROM CARNIVAL. BUYER BEWARE. |

Minimal standards-minimal fun! |

Nov 2004 |
|
The Carnival Legend is a ship with very low standards of service, atmosphere and quality. There was nothing “fun” about poor service, over-crowded public areas, weak activities and bad food. Never again for us! |

A Legend in the Caribbean |

The ports were great, very non-commercial. The food on board was great. The staff went the extra mile to please us. |

The Legend Revisited |

Dec 2003 |
|
The Legend is a great ship, and this itinerary was fabulous. We’ve been on this ship twice and that’s probably enough considering how exquisite the staff was. I’d like to end it on a high note and this one surely was. Carnival’s Spirit Class ships are just the right size for me. They’re not hugely mega ships, but they offer all the amenities you’d expect from a mega ship. In addition, I think the 8 day itinerary draws a more sophisticated passenger mix, but one that knows how to have a good time, Carnival style, on this FunShip |

Central America on the Legend |

Mar 2003 |
|
Taking a cue from her name, the Legend's design and decoration revolved around legendary heroes of all kinds: mythological, medieval, crusaders, sports, film and music legends are all represented. Mr. Farcus' signature is repetition and it was in evidence here once again. |

Exotic Southern Caribbean |

A wonderful preholiday vacation on a brand new ship with food and service that sparkles. A real treat for our annual anniversary trip. |
