Very mediocre-to-bad service. Just a general attitude of not caring for the customer (across the board). No one wanting to do their job. |

This cruise experience was fabulous. The food, service, destinations and ship were all great. The food was tasty, abundant and there was a large variety. The service was superior. Someone was always around to assist you. The destinations allowed for all budgets of shopping and the day at sea was relaxing. There are lots of options for your day at sea and you were never left to be bored. I loved every minute of it! |

Unlike Avis, they don't try harder. Only one member of the staff met every simple request with "Of course, sir". Take this trip if you just want a mediocre cruising experience and pay modest sum...if you can get a free upgrade, it's worth it. Would I go again? Yeah, at discount price and lowered expectations. It's not a Celebrity Cruise, expect little to avoid disappointments. |

She has been rode hard and put to bed wet, she is willing and gives good value if it's a deep discount ticket. Fantasy shows her age but works hard at giving value. There are better cruises out of Port Canaveral. |

All in all I had a very good time on the cruise, I will definitely be going on another one, only with all of the knowledge that I have learned from this one. Stay out of the pools, because kids pee. Make sure I keep a jacket with me at all times because the ship is FREEZING, especially the auditorium. Never pay full price for anything off of the ship. Be Sure not to pay for the shore excursions through the cruise. And make sure that I leave enough space for all of the duty free alcohol that I can carry (j/k). Take an early shopping trip, then go on the excursions. Not the other way around. |

We had an awesome time! This was my first cruise and it was wonderful! Carnival did a great job and even though this ship is a bit older (1990), it was very nice and we were all very satisfied!
