The ship was very nice, most of the crew (especially The Bistro staff) were a lot of fun and very pleasant. Alaska was picturesque....Prince Rupert so so, not much to do as everything was closed (5-10 pm on shore on a weekday). We lucked out on the weather! |

The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. Very clean ship, excellent crew who basically wait on you hand and foot. The ship will blow you away as it is a real modern marvel of technology. |

Overall: I will probably never sail with NCL again. I also will not recommend it to anyone I know. If anything, I have been telling people to steer clear of this cruise line. While the ship itself is a beauty, the service of the workers there made it very unappealing. The changing of the itinerary without any attempts to notify us, the lack of courtesy of staff on board, the generally poor quality of food, and the money-hungry ways of NCL makes me wander back to my favorite cruise lines. |

As usual, the friends I met made it worthwile, but not worth the price. Other than a few offerings, the food was not what is was touted to be, nor was the service. The kids on board try very hard, but don't seem to have the experience. The ship is constantly selling cruisers something. Be prepared to say "no thank you" a lot, or to purchase a number of useless trinkets and photos at ridiculous prices, and watered down 'foo-foo' drinks. |

NCL is the worst cruise line, offering nothing. I will never advise anyone to sail NCL. They offer the least for your money and very poor security, compared with the other cruise lines.

This was a great Cruise. The Freestsyle cruising really adds to your flexibility. No more hurrying back for a meal or to see the show. The only negative to this is that service in the dining rooms is not up to previous levels. |

We enjoyed everything about this cruise except the poor cabin noise insulation, and the short time in 2 of the ports. Other features such as food, entertainment, itinerary, freestyle dining were great. |

This cruise was everything I expected which was a snap shot of the Hawaiian Islands. It gave me a reason to go back at a later date to do a land based trip. The Star is an excellant ship with a lot of options. |
