Needs a Change |

Dec 2007 |
|
Again I say, not a bad ship; however, the culture does need a serious change of attitude. Despite repeated written emails, reports and complaints, NO-ONE from the company has EVER contacted me to say sorry or it's being fixed or we'll look into it....NOTHING. I don't believe they really care. |

This cruise had more low points than high points. Glad to have taken it, but won't sail again with Princess. |

Beautiful large ship, but never crowded, mostly attentive staff, plenty of on-board activities. Dining was mostly very good, but we were disappointed with the Sterling Steakhouse. |

This cruise exceeded my expectations. As soon as we got back home I was scouring the internet looking for another Princess cruise. |

A Must See and Do Ship |

Dec 2005 |
|
This cruise was the most wonderful ship I have ever been on. It is a very beautiful and lovely ship to be on. The staff is so very nice and do everything they can to make your vacation a very good one. The entertainment is so very excellent and the food is soooo good. This ship is one that you should not miss. Try to get on it. |

First Timer |

In general, I found for my me and my age group (25-35) cruising as a form of vacation rather poor, the feeling of being trapped on boat really weighed in towards the end when you are anxiously counting down the hours that you can get off! I say pick Puerto Vallarta for a whole week, if you want to stuff your guts (all you gluttons) there are plenty of hotels that have all inclusive meals, just like a boat. Being on land gives you more options and freedom. In the end we both felt that we needed to "Escape Completely" from the cruise experience, I was hoping to come back to work feeling refreshed, instead I am still yearning for that truly relaxing vacation. First Time/Last Time! Good luck... |

Alaska 2005 |

Clean staterooms, decent service, good shows, above average food, staff-to-guest ratio below average, disembark/embark extremely slow, buffet area tight, price=value. |

Sapphire Princess Australia |

I felt ripped off by Princess Cruises. The dining staff was slow and perfunctory-not friendly. The open smoking in every bar precludes my sailing again with Princess until it is changed and some non-smoking areas are provided. I expect to pay for liquor but not milk, juice, or a soft drinks. |

The ship is beautiful to look at, but needs to be upgraded in the food & service areas in order to more match its look! |

This was a beautiful ship but the onboard service left lots to be desired. The food was below standard and the service was poor. We were disappointed that we were not taken to the glaciers as advertised. |
