Very poor and surely not any way equal to the normal Princess value. The only thing that salvaged this cruise was our Captain's Circle Elite membership wherein we obtained free laundry, dry cleaning and Internet services. |

Our first ever dream cruise on a beautiful ship, a taster for 7 days with a good itinerary - ended up being a nightmare, cancelling one port and returning a day early to allow sanitization of the ship! |

Great cabin,great itinerary,terrible service,food,entertainment and attitudes of crew and staff personnel. Exception, Rebecca in Crooners lounge, JJ, the cruise director, and Marcos in housekeeping. Thanks to them for being so service oriented. The new captain should make them take over the other crewmembers. |

I felt scammed, for the dollars got very little. We spent about 7,000.00 just for a balcony room, so small, balcony like a porthole. Dining requests not met. Then we were shoved down to anytime dining where people do not observe the dress code, are noisy, etc . Kids ran all over the ship all times of day and night. It was horrible. |

Having your private balcony on a mexico cruise allows you to have your own time even though 2,000 otehr folks are around. Princess Lines runs a great product that we enjoyed. |
